03 – Your Accountability Contract
Now that you have your accountability partner, let’s talk accountability. Your worksheet for today contains a sample template to create a “deal” with your partner, that should help keep you both working towards your goal. It’s tough to feel that you’re alone in your journey. Nor matter what your business, or no matter what your goals and dreams might be, it’s always better to have someone you can talk to. It’s always great to have someone who will help and encourage you along the way. It’s even better to have the kind of relationship where you can help and encourage one another. Today’s task is all about finding your accountability partner, and defining what exactly that partnership would look like for you. 01 – Finding Your Accountability Partner
One of the greatest ways to stay motivated, is to make yourself accountable. The best way to do this is simply tell someone that you commit to doing something. The mere fact that you told someone will make it harder for you to give up. Your assignment today is to find out a method to make yourself accountable. We want to look at responsibility in a new way. The first goal is to look for like-minded people (or a single person) that you can interact with as accountability partners. It might be online (Skype, Social Media) or over coffee with a friend.
